Well I've been researching this for a while and I found a way to draw from a deck, the bad thing is your going to have to trust each other, theirs no way that I can tell if someone is telling the truth.
Ok Liger and I will number the cards, their will be
25 in a deck, this is how to draw from them. I prefer you use
This website
choose the top link called Diceroll.Exe and save the program in a folder that will be easy for you to find it, after you save it open it and it should take you to a little blue minimzed screen.
on the bottom of that screen you should see something that says "Your Choice:" Don't bother clicking anything, all you have to do is type "L" and it should now say "How many sided dice please?" type "40" then press enter, under it, it should say, "How many times?" (Now if your just starting a game, type "7" instead) type "1", the next message should say, "Bonus to dice roll?" press "0" then on the right side on the window you should see a whole bunch of stuff.
Ignore eveything else execpt the thing that says "Roll", under it will appear a number and that number will be the one that you draw.
The reroll you have to press "R" and a different number should show up.
----------------------------
Now if you exit out of the window and you want to go back to it, press the icon that says DICEROLL (That I told you to save in a folder) then a little window will appear, press "Run" and it should take you back to the little blue window again.
If you have any problems with this, post your questions right here.
Ligeredit: Heck no is there a 40-card deck. I only made 45... or 46... cards. The deck's going to be composed of 25 cards.
