Ploofs to Bells bank

I was thinking that since we have some axa members there should be a bank where we donate ploofs and we get bells on AXA!

There used to be a bank here, but I have no idea where it went how ever I don't like this idea, someone that you might trade with might scam you.

Well, trading AXA bells is only allowed for ACWW bells/items or AC Items.
