Can you do little animations like winking in avatars and sigs?

can i have a sig thats has mario soccer characters and things on it (suprise me) Put my charcacters on it if you want and make a cool, intricate border. Have it say MikeMan too.
Any font will do although i like the font i have on my current sig.
Please not to expensive :wink:

This is great ok I want you to surprise mewith a matching sig/avy BUT I want it to have pics of Rurouni Kenshin and have it say kirbyman The real Battosai.

MikeMan on the list. You mind if I just use one character? Multiple characters dont turn out well.
Right now Ill do Mario but post if you want someone else (Wario, Daisy, etc.)

Wow I never expected to close this early, but I have to. Ill get very busy soon and I wont have much time to make sigs. And I dont want to spend my weekends making graphics, I wanna relax >_>
